Modern Family Heirlooms by Sweet Carolina Designs {Giveaway}

During the silhouette craze of 2009 in our household, I came upon Sweet Carolina Designs and their cute-as-can-be custom silhouette portraits. Did you know that even a ultrasound image can be turned into this old-fashioned art form?
Carrie creates silhouettes from your photos, and does everything from individual portraits with names under them

to family groupings.

I'd love to get one of these (including our cat!) for our living room. Frankly, I'm just too tired and not skilled enough with a pen knife to even think of creating one myself. These would certainly make a great family heirloom, and they'd look great in both traditional and modern decor.
