Brighten the Winter Doldrums with PartyLite {Giveaway}

Will this winter ever end? At least here in the Northeast, it seems like winter has been bitter and severe from November until now. Though I'm sick of being cooped up inside, it is nice to cuddle under a blanket and light some candles to make the evenings twinkle a bit more.

I reviewed one of my favorite candle holders last year, from a company called PartyLite. Before that review, I had never heard of PartyLite, but I had since discovered that they're kind of like The Pampered Chef, but for home decor, where there are consultants and home parties.

PartyLite sent me another gorgeous candle holder to review, the Lotus Scroll Centerpiece, from their Sophisticated and Sleek Home Accents Collection.
I love how elegant and versatile this candle holder is. It's essentially a scrolled, filigree-cut pieces of metal bent into a curve. I received a set of two of them, as you see here.
Six votives sit within the curves (3 in each piece) and you can arrange the two scrolls in lots of ways, like in a long row

or in two separate pieces

Or even along a corner.

The hardest part was deciding where I should display them. They looked equally gorgeous in the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

PartyLite also sends along candles with their candle holders, and I can honestly say that their scents are the best I've ever smelled. The scent lasts a long time and it's not too perfume-y or overpowering. The Lotus Scroll pair I received had black raspberry candles with it, and they smelled great.
