Weekend Creations

Just another beautiful weekend spent mostly outdoors.  I'm starting to think we might actually not have to turn the heat on much more.

Both Soren and I had some fun creating outside.  I revisited my homemade chalk paint recipe and he went to work on snakes, rainbows, and general exploration of materials.
{Forgive me. I had to get a shot of my naked feet for posterity (for real? Sandals in March in Pennsylvania?)}

All that painting kept him busy and out of my project; making favors for his birthday party next weekend.  Here's a sneak peek:
I'm also excited to see our seeds coming up due to these warm sunny days, though I'm concerned that we haven't seen much in way of rain (April showers bring May flowers, hopefully).
Lastly, I can't reflect on a weekend without Jude and Dada.
My two handsome boys, even if one of them has butternut squash on his face.

Happy Monday friends!

Totally jealous that you're wearing sandals in March, whereas I woke to a snow covered scene. ;)

Love the robot! Can't wait to see what you have planned for his party. Jude is getting so big! Such a cutie.

Have a good one!

It's unseasonably warm in Kansas too!! We have thunderstorms blowing in today and tomorrow for that much-needed rain. Your boys sure are growing up!

You were wise to document your March footwear!

I would love to sit out there with him and paint away with chalky goodness!

And the baby, oh the baby is adorable!

That looks like such a fun weekend!

And I'm right there with you...who would have thought that we'd have kids in shorts before Easter?? Craziness!
