Goblin Kids Natural and European Toys {Giveaway}

Nothing pleases me more than the availability of good quality, natural children's toys available via the internet. I love that our stash of toys is heavy on the wooden ones, and light on the battery-operated, plastic-injected stuff.

We've been recently introduced to a great source of natural toys, baby toys, children's toys, educational toys, European toys, wooden toys and building blocks called Goblin Kids. Beyond loving the shop's name, which is reminiscent of fairy tales, I love the variety of toys they carry, from Haba to Furis to Plan Toys.

We were sent Educo's Gourmet Chef Cookware set ($26.99),
which it's been a hit in our playroom.
SoJo is at the age where he's taking more of an interest in what we do and mimicking our activities, and I'm pleased that he really likes "helping" me in the kitchen. When he was playing with the Gourmet Chef set, he was telling me that he was mixing eggs and making soup.
The chunky pots and pans are made of wood and are quite sturdy, as are the utensils. The thick handles make it easy for him to hold and use. I think his favorite things are the salt and pepper shakers, which have something inside to mimic the sounds of salt.
Because I'm a fan of simple designs and natural products, the Educo Gourmet Chef Cookware is easy on my eyes too. I like how the set looks in our house, after all, parents spend nearly as much time looking at (and tripping over) toys as kids do, so why not have something that is well-designed.
Goblin Kids prices are really reasonable, and the Educo My Creative Cookery Club play kitchen that we've been considering for SoJo's upcoming birthday is one of the best deals I've found online, at $99 (it's usually $120).
Maybe it will become an addition to our play space.
