amy michelle go totes {review}

I naively thought the need for a diaper bag ended after your child became a toddler. It seems like I use mine more than ever now, with the diapers, changes of clothes (since you know toddlers are often drawn to muck and mud and have potty training accidents), snacks, drinks, and a spare car or truck. Phew!

I like a roomy bag with pockets, though not too many pockets or things get lost and you spend more time searching for things. I was sent a Madison Avenue tote ($55) from Amy Michelle, and have found it to be the perfect size.
Though it's not as flashy as some of Amy Michelle's other bags, like the Sweet Pea
it's pretty durable. I've been testing it out and it fits more than you'd think inside it. The lime-green lining is distinctive, and I like that it comes with a matching green washable changing pad. The bag comes in 5 colors too.
Some other features of the Madison Avenue Tote:
  • internal and external bottle pockets
  • quick-release pacifier holder
  • easy-to-find keyring
  • cell phone pocket in front
  • converts from shoulder bag to backpack
  • can be attached to the back of a stroller (which was so simple to do)
How handy is that? Plus dads won't be so shy about using this bag, since it can pass for a plain, guy bag.
What is really unique about this bag is that it can be personalized with embroidery for $10 extra. The sample bag is stitched with "Amy Michelle", though you can have your own name or the name of a mom-to-be stitched onto the bag, making it a memorable gift.

You can find Amy Michelle on Facebook and Twitter too, to keep up with promos and product info. Amy Michelle is offering my readers a 15% coupon by entering the priority code "poppy" at check out.
Disclosure: I was sent a Madison Avenue tote bag for review purposes.

Looks like a great bag! It's roomy, gender neutral, and...you can have your hands-free! :)

I have a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old - and I carry a bag everywhere! It's always jam-packed w/ extra outfits, diapers, wipes, snacks, camera, etc.
