Here are a few things about me that I'd love to share:
1. I adore coffee, especially with Silk Hazlenut soy creamer. I could drink it any time of day or night, though I refrain from it usually after 3pm.
2. I live in Pennsylvania with my husband and our 2 year old son Soren, named after the Danish philosopher Soren Kierkegaard
3. I'm a former art teacher and am quite crafty (I made that birthday crown in the pic above out of felt).
I love knitting, felting, sewing, painting and photography. My goal this year is to open an Etsy shop, though I'm not sure I can focus on one kind of thing to sell.
4. I also do blog graphics on the side. Have a look at my portfolio! I designed my blog, and have some tips and tricks for sprucing up your own in my Tech Tuesday posts.
5. I've been blogging for a little over 2 years, starting when I was pregnant with my son. My blog is a haven, a journal, a vehicle for making and maintaining friendships. It's also served me quite well with opportunities to try out cool stuff for free. Right now I'm running a giveaway for a set of O.R.E. travel totes--so cute!
6. I'm a LOST junkie. 'Nuff said.

I am SO lost watching Lost. Now I think Charles wants to keep his son Charlie alive so he's doing all of this so he doesn't die on the island. Or... is it all a dream by Hurley on the plane? WHO KNOWS??

I have followed & enjoyed your site for quite some time but had no idea you used to be an art teacher! You could definitely open up an etsy shop - I started mine after just four months of sewing, and within a month had made my first sale. Which of course isn't great but if you've talked to many people on etsy it's not bad at all either for an etsy shop.
Etsy success really is all about promotion and your blog could definitely help you with that :)
