I was sent the Gretchen the Beer Maid costume. It reminded me of that scene in National Lampoon's European Vacation where Rusty meets the Oktoberfest girl, but of course I won't be showing my boobies while wearing this!
And of course I don't look as good as the model when wearing it, with flat, wet hair, mind you. I think a petticoat (not included) would make the skirt much nicer and fuller, accenting a woman's curves.
Seriously though, I like this costume, and with a pair of tights in lieu of the thigh-highs, this would definitely be passable for an all-ages costume party. I like that it's unique too, as compared to the sexy witches and slutty nurses that often come out at Halloween.Love this flapper costume!
