A Little Boost of Nutrients from L'il Critter Gummy Vites

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for L’il Critters. I received a product sample and promotional item as a thank you for participating.
As much as I try to meet the nutrition needs of two growing boys, sometimes it's diffcult to ensure they're getting the right amount of vitamins and nutrients via meals I prepare.  My eldest is especially picky, and prefers the "tan diet" of crackers, pretzels, rice and anything bread-y. He's getting better about vegetables, however I still am concerned that he doesn't always get his daily supply of vitamins from the foods he eats.  And I think many other parents share this concern, that their kids just aren't getting the recommended amounts of vitamins and minerals each day.

I give my boys daily vitamins, specifically L'il Critters Gummy Vites, a brand which I've been buying for years.  They're readily available in supermarkets and drugstores, making them easy to keep stocked in our pantry (where we keep our vitamins).
My five year old likes to help dole out the vitamins each morning (under supervision, of course).
And I can't leave the toddler out.  He's content just to hold the tightly sealed container while screaming for "bitamins!!".
The reason I started buying L'il Critters as opposed to other brands was that they are made with natural flavors and colors (from plants and vegetables).  As a parent concerned about artificial ingredients in my children's foods, I certainly felt good about buying L'il Critters Gummy Vites.  And they're made in the USA, which to me, is another benefit, rather than being made in a foreign country that may not have the standards that the US supposedly has.

My boys like the taste of these (with real cherry, berry and citrus flavors), so much in fact that they often remind me when I've forgotten to give them to them in the morning.  They're easy to chew as well, even for my 2 year old (the recommended age is 2-4).  My older son says he likes how chewy they are, but he wishes there were more colors and shapes (the daily vitamins we buy are orange and red bears).  That's not a concern for me, however. :)

I probably be more apt to taking my daily vitamins too, if they tasted this good.  Even the ones I remember from my childhood were pretty chalky and a little too tart for my wee taste buds.

L'il Critters has quite a variety of other vitamins and supplements, including ones for calcium, fiber, and Omega 3s/DHA (which we also buy on occasion).
You can learn more via their website as well as the L'il Critter Facebook page.
